Mr. Bass was quick to return my call and set an appointment. He replaced a pressure tank for us without a problem. Very nice man, and I would recommend him to anyone.
What a terrible experience. Very unfortunate
If I could leave a 0 star I would for this company, extremely unprofessional and never returned any of my calls for a situation that was very urgent. They were used by my home warranty and didn't work properly with them to get the work done in a timely manner or in a professional way. Stay clear.
They give you 4 hour appointment windows. You have to fight to get them to give you 30 min call ahead. They only wanted to give me 20 mins. They canceled first appointment without notice. Second appointment they made me drive hour round trip to come unprepared and tell me they needed to order parts. Instead of going down to supply house/lowes to pick up parts and finish the job, the tech (jeff) was so ready to get out of there. Another 3 days goes by without another appointment scheduled. I finally call them and they only have excuses instead of answers. Im no longer interested in them doing repairs for me.
